SWAYMVAR is India's first invite-only matrimonial platform built specifically for women working in the public sector — banks, insurance companies, financial regulators, oil PSUs, aviation, and railways. Every profile is peer verified by a colleague from the same organisation. The woman creates her own profile, on her own terms. No family submissions. No caste filters. No religion filters.

Any employee — woman or man — working in an Indian public sector organisation on our active list. This includes RBI, SEBI, NABARD, PFRDA, IRDAI, all PSU banks, LIC and public insurance companies, AAI, Air India, Indian Railways, and Oil PSUs like IOCL, BPCL, ONGC, NTPC, Coal India and others. Every grade from clerk to director is welcome. All religions. No minimum rank requirement.

The first 100 founding members get lifetime access at no charge. SWAYMVAR may introduce a subscription plan after the founding batch is full. Founding members will never be charged retroactively. We will give at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes.

Fill the waitlist form on our homepage with your name, official email, organisation, designation, and posting city. Our Concierge team reviews every application personally within 48 hours. If approved, you receive a unique invitation code at your official email. Use that code to create your profile.

When you apply, our Concierge team contacts a trusted colleague from your organisation to confirm one simple thing: "Does this person work here in the stated role?" The verifier's identity is never disclosed to you and your details are never shared with the verifier beyond what is necessary. This is not a LinkedIn check or an algorithm — it is a real person from your workplace confirming your professional standing.

We review every application within 48 hours. Peer verification happens during the invite approval process — you do not need to do any separate verification step. Once approved, your unique invitation code is emailed to you and you can create your profile immediately.

Your official email address is the primary verification method. In some cases we may ask for your employee ID or appointment letter for additional confirmation. Any documents shared are used only for verification and deleted from our systems once confirmed. They are never shared with other members.

Only verified SWAYMVAR members can browse profiles. Your photos are blurred by default and only visible after mutual interest is confirmed. You can choose to keep your photo permanently blurred if you prefer. Your contact details — email, phone, workplace address — are never shown to any member at any time.

Currently all verified members can see all profiles. If you are concerned about a specific colleague seeing your profile, write to concierge@swaymvar.in and we will handle it personally. This is a human concierge service — not an algorithm.

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers or third parties. Your data is stored on encrypted servers and used only to run the platform. You can request complete deletion of all your data at any time by writing to concierge@swaymvar.in. We comply with India's DPDP Act 2023.

Yes. Go to My Profile → Privacy tab → Delete My Profile. All your data is permanently deleted within 72 hours. Alternatively write to concierge@swaymvar.in with subject "Data Deletion Request".

On any profile you can tap "Express Interest". The other person never knows unless they also express interest in you. When someone expresses interest in you, you receive a one-time notification. You can then choose to respond or ignore — the other person never knows either way until you explicitly reciprocate. No cold messages. No unsolicited contact. You are always in control.

No. SWAYMVAR does not have a direct messaging system. This is intentional. Direct messaging on matrimonial platforms leads to spam, harassment, and unsolicited contact — exactly what women in professional roles want to avoid. Introductions only happen when both parties have independently expressed interest. Your messages and interests are private.

We do not use a secret algorithm. Profiles in the Discover feed are shown based on your organisation, posting city, and relocation openness. You browse profiles and express interest in whoever appeals to you. We believe you are better placed to decide who is right for you — not an algorithm.

No. SWAYMVAR has absolutely no religion filter, caste filter, community filter, or regional filter. We never collect caste information. Religion is an optional field and is never used for filtering or sorting. SWAYMVAR is for every accomplished public sector professional — Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist, or any other faith.

Transfer Fit is our way of showing career compatibility honestly. Every profile shows the member's current posting city and relocation openness. We also provide a guide explaining transfer patterns for each organisation — frequency, cities covered, and spouse posting policies — so members can have informed conversations before proceeding.

Write to concierge@swaymvar.in with your organisation name. We review new organisations regularly. IAS, IPS, IFS and defence are coming soon — we are building the verification infrastructure for those cadres.

The Concierge team reviews every waitlist application personally, coordinates peer verification, approves profiles, and responds to any member queries. When both members express mutual interest, both receive a notification to proceed. We are a small team. Every interaction is personal. We are not a chatbot.
