The Complete Process
Step 1 — Apply on Waitlist
Fill the simple invite form on swaymvar.in with your name, official email, organisation, designation, and posting city. Takes 2 minutes.
What we check at this step:
✓ Official email domain (e.g. @rbi.org.in, @sbi.co.in)
✓ Organisation is in our active list
✓ LinkedIn profile matches stated designation
Step 2 — Concierge Reviews
Our Concierge team personally reviews every application within 48 hours. A trusted contact from your organisation confirms your employment. This is the peer verification — done once, during invite approval.
Peer confirmation means:
A trusted colleague from your organisation confirms: "Yes, this person works here in the stated role." Their identity is never disclosed. The entire check is confidential.
✓ If approved — you receive a unique invitation code at your official email
Step 3 — Create Your Profile
Use your invitation code to unlock the profile creation form. Fill in your personality traits, life preferences, and posting details. Submit — and your profile is reviewed by Concierge and activated within 24 hours.
No re-verification needed. Your identity was confirmed in Step 2.
