1. Enrollment Process — How It Works

Step 1 — Waitlist Application (Invite Request)

1. You submit your details on the waitlist form at swaymvar.in
2. Our Concierge team reviews your application personally within 48 hours
3. If approved you receive a unique invitation code at your official email address
4. This code is personal, non-transferable, and valid for 7 days only

Step 2 — Profile Creation

1. Only members with a valid approved invitation code may create a profile
2. You must enter your unique code to access the profile creation page
3. Profile creation without an approved invitation code is not permitted
4. Attempting to bypass this process will result in permanent disqualification

2. Identity Verification — Your Consent

SWAYMVAR operates on a peer-verification model. By applying, you expressly consent to the following:

2.1 Official Email Verification

• You must provide your official organisational email address (e.g. name@rbi.org.in, name@sbi.co.in)
• This email must be currently active and accessible by you
• A verification link will be sent to this email — you must click it to confirm ownership
• Personal Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail addresses are not accepted as primary verification

2.2 Peer Verification Consent

• You consent to SWAYMVAR contacting a trusted colleague from your organisation to confirm your professional standing
• The peer verifier will only be asked: "Does this person work at your organisation in the stated role?"
• Your peer verifier's identity is never disclosed to you
• Your peer verifier is bound by the same confidentiality as SWAYMVAR
• No personal, financial, or sensitive information is shared with the peer verifier

2.3 Employee ID / Official Credentials

• You may be asked to submit your employee ID, official appointment letter, or service record as supplementary verification
• These documents are used solely for identity confirmation
• Documents are encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with any other member or third party
• Documents are deleted from our systems after verification is complete

3. Privacy Policy — Your Privacy is Sacred

3.1 What We Collect

• Name, official email, phone number, organisation, designation, posting city
• Personality traits and life preferences (self-reported)
• Profile photo (stored encrypted, blurred by default)
• Identity documents (for verification only, deleted after confirmation)

3.2 What We Never Do

• We never sell your data to any third party, advertiser, or data broker. Ever.
• We never share your personal details with other members without your explicit consent
• We never allow your profile to be screenshot or downloaded
• We never disclose your name, employer, or contact details to anyone outside SWAYMVAR
• We never use your data for advertising or marketing purposes outside this platform
• We never filter, rank, or discriminate based on religion, caste, community, or region

3.3 Photo Privacy

• Your profile photo is blurred by default for all members
• Photo is only visible to a member after mutual interest is confirmed by both parties
• You may choose to keep your photo permanently blurred at any time
• No member can take a screenshot of your unblurred photo — technical measures are in place

3.4 Data Storage

• All data is stored on encrypted servers compliant with India's DPDP Act 2023
• You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by writing to concierge@swaymvar.in
• Upon deletion request all your data is permanently removed within 72 hours
• Verification documents are deleted immediately after verification is complete

3.5 Your Data Rights

• Right to Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Right to Correction: Update any incorrect information at any time
• Right to Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your profile and all data
• Right to Withdraw: Withdraw consent for peer verification at any time

4. Member Code of Conduct

4.1 You Agree To

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and profile
• Create your own profile — no family member, agent, or third party may create on your behalf
• Use SWAYMVAR only for genuine matrimonial alliance search
• Treat every member with dignity, respect, and courtesy
• Maintain confidentiality of other members' information
• Report any suspicious profiles or conduct to concierge@swaymvar.in immediately

4.2 Strictly Prohibited

• Providing false information about your identity, profession, or credentials
• Sharing another member's profile, photo, or information outside the platform
• Taking screenshots of any member profile or photo
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting any member
• Creating multiple profiles or accounts
• Using SWAYMVAR for commercial, solicitation, or non-matrimonial purposes
• Attempting to bypass the invitation code system
• Sharing your invitation code with any other person

5. Unique Invitation Code System

• Upon approval of your waitlist application you receive a unique invitation code
• Format: SV-[ORG]-[YEAR]-[UNIQUE NUMBER] e.g. SV-RBI-2026-0047
• This code is personal and non-transferable
• Valid for 7 days from date of issue
• Can only be used once to create one profile
• Sharing your code with another person is a violation of these terms
• SWAYMVAR tracks all code usage and will revoke misused codes immediately

6. Platform Limitations & Disclaimers

• SWAYMVAR is a platform for introductions only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome including matrimonial alliance, compatibility, or relationship success.
• Transfer compatibility information shown on profiles is indicative only. Members must verify their organisation's current transfer policy independently with their HR department.
• SWAYMVAR does not conduct police verification, criminal background checks, or financial background checks. Members are responsible for their own due diligence before proceeding with any alliance.
• SWAYMVAR is not responsible for the accuracy of self-reported information on member profiles beyond what has been peer verified.
• Peer verification confirms professional employment only. It does not verify personal character, financial status, family background, or marital history.
• SWAYMVAR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
• SWAYMVAR reserves the right to remove any profile that violates these terms without prior notice.

7. Fees & Access

• The first 100 founding members receive lifetime access at no charge.
• SWAYMVAR may introduce subscription plans for members after the founding batch. Founding members will not be charged retroactively.
• Any future pricing will be communicated clearly with at least 30 days advance notice.
• SWAYMVAR does not currently charge any fee for waitlist application, verification, or profile creation.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• SWAYMVAR complies with India's Information Technology Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and all applicable regulations.
